When a group wants to thank the Law Enforcement Agency that protects and serves the area they live or work in, one great way is to deliver a signed thank-you banner. Morale Boosters helps groups and churches do exactly that. Once we're contacted by a group and the L/E Agency is identified, we create the customized banner (and cover the cost), have it shipped directly to the group for signatures, and find a contact within the Agency who will accept the banner. The group then arranges the delivery with that contact. The result looks a lot like what you see in this picture.
