Morale Boosters tries to focus on serving the most vilified and harassed Law Enforcement Officers in America. At this time, those are ICE Officers. However, serving in Los Angeles is no picnic. Some of the finest LAPD Officers are those of the Horse Patrol. They can be assigned anywhere in LA where there's trouble. Some rioters will hurt the horses while they try to hurt the Police Officers.
