This is a morale boosting thank-you letter from Sgt Rogers of the LAPD Horse Patrol. The Officers are among our favorite Police Officers. We've been blessed to encourage and thank them with several morale boosting items over the years for their courage wading into rioters with their magnificent and miraculously calm horses.
